1. Returns are only provided through UPS.

2. You are responsible for all return fees.

3. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).

4. Discontinuedshoes.com does not offer exchanges, instead we ask that you place a new order.

5. Each package should have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes.

Refund Process and Timeframe:

Discontinuedshoes.com processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
